Trump lied about declassifying the docs. He also lied to the government about having them, and resisted turning them over, with (ill)legal obstructionism. He did not have any right to take them, or to hold them after being discovered in his possession. The "presidential library" point is nonsense. In total contrast, Biden's case was one of mere inadvertence, and he's totally cooperated with authorities about returning the docs.
